FEEL-GOOD LOW-GI FOOD

Clair Julsing Strydom, a registered dietician from Anne Till & Associates, will help you stay healthy with tasty, low-GI meals. A short nutrition session will arm you with information vital to a healthy lifestyle. Some dishes to look forward to are roasted garlic and butterbean dip, coriander and chickpea chilli salad, rosemary chicken with roasted vegetable couscous, sweet and sour beef stir fry, red wine and cinnamon infused pears and
oatcakes with honeyed ricotta and strawberries.
THAI STREET FOOD

Cost: R300 a person
Experience the flavours of authentic Thai street food. Lyn Woodward will guide you through making starters or snacks. On the menu are deep-fried noodles with vegetables, wonton parcels, satay, crispy spring rolls, Thai barbeque chicken, fragrant squid, steamed mussels with lemongrass and banana fritters, among others.
THE ART OF DANISH PASTRY

In this popular class, Maatje Vollmer and Margie Kemertgogou will take you through the steps of preparing Danish pastry dough, shaping and filling pastries as well as making flaky light croissants. Bring your container to take home your creations to share with friends and family.

Mexican food is colourful and full of wonderful flavours. Join Lesley Hamlyn for just such a colourful evening making beef soup with lime, Mexican meatballs and potatoes, traditional salsas, corn bread and yummy three milk cake. Enjoy a tequila cocktail on arrival.

Using delectable Peppadew Sweet Piquante Pepper Relish and Peppadew Sweet and Sour Goldew Peppers, Jodi-Ann will cook up great ideas to expand your outdoor cooking repertoire this spring. Everyone will receive Peppadew and Weber hampers and there will be a lucky draw for 5 great prizes.
