Discover the pleasure of cooking your favourite Thai snack food. All ingredients will be explained and you will be guided through the simple process of making interesting new snacks for cocktail parties and starters. Artisan breads are true hand crafted breads. Come and learn how to mix, ferment, shape and bake your very own hand crafted loaves. Maatje Vollmer will help you make these rustic breads like sourdough loaves that are healthy and natural. Basic bread dough, country loaves, rye bread and more will be made.

REGIONAL ITALIAN TWO

Brigitte Tomma studied gastronomic science in Italy, will guide you through new regions of Italy- Venice, Rome, Naples and Turin. Some dishes from these regions are Risotto allaVeneziara, oven baked calzone, semi freddo al Limone, pizza napolatana, panzertti fritte as well as home made pasta to make ravioli or tortelli.
